No compensation, notice, or approval will be provided for the use of such comments, feedback, or ideas.
All submissions are provided voluntarily, and the Entrant waives any claim to proprietary rights or future compensation relating to their use by Health Optimisation Summit.
Abiding by all Event rules and instructions provided by Health Optimisation Summit or its representatives.
Following all safety guidelines and protocols shared before or during the Event.
Taking reasonable care to avoid creating or being involved in dangerous situations.
Acting respectfully and responsibly towards other Entrants, Event staff, and third-party hosts.
Immediate removal from the Event without refund.
Loss of eligibility to participate in future Health Optimisation Summit events.
Potential legal or financial consequences if non-compliance results in harm, injury, or damage.
The Entrant being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
Non-compliance with Event rules, safety instructions, or applicable laws.
Tamper with the registration or entry process;
Disrupt the operation of the Event;
Act in violation of these T&Cs or in an unsportsmanlike, inappropriate, or disruptive manner; or
Bring the Health Optimisation Summit brand into disrepute.
Unauthorized human intervention in the Event;
Technical errors involving computers, servers, or networks;
Printing or typographical errors;
Lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail;
Errors in Event administration or entry processing; or
Injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in the Event.
The Released Parties' liability shall be limited to the cost of participating in the Event;
The Released Parties shall not be liable for any legal fees or damages arising from these T&Cs or participation in the Event; and
The Entrant waives the right to claim any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the official Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) for Health Optimisation (Summit) Ltd (the “Event”). For the purpose of these official T&Cs, the Event means collectively Health Optimisation Summit and all associated activities relating to the Event, including various fitness workshops (the “Workshops”) or side-events (the “Side-events”). The Event will be held on 12 - 13 April 2025 at the Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704
By registering and participating in the Event, the entrant (the ‘Entrant’) agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. THE EVENT
1.1 Health Optimisation Summit is a health summit attracting consumers and trade. The Event is being held on 12 - 13 April 2025 at the Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704. The event is split over the 12 - 13 September 2025. Each day also is split into the following sessions:

Times: 9:00 – 17:00
2. SIDE-EVENTS
2.1 Side-events, including but not limited to dinners, networking parties, workshops, and other activities, may be held at locations separate from the main event venue. Attendance at any side-event is subject to the same terms and conditions outlined for the broader event, including, but not limited to, behavior and conduct policies, limitations of liability, and photo/video permissions. By participating in these side-events, attendees acknowledge and agree that the event organizers are not liable for circumstances beyond their control at these alternate locations, including third-party service provisions. Furthermore, attendees assume responsibility for their own transportation, personal belongings, and adherence to any additional rules or guidelines specific to the side-event venue or activity.
3. WORKSHOPS
3.1 The Health Optimisation Summit Workshops are included within the ticket price and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity restrictions. While we strive to accommodate as many attendees as possible, entry to specific workshops cannot be guaranteed due to space limitations or safety regulations. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued based on the inability to attend a workshop due to capacity constraints or scheduling conflicts. By purchasing a ticket, attendees accept these terms and acknowledge that workshop access is not guaranteed.
4. THE EVENT ORGANISERS & EVENT CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
4.1 The Event is organized by Health Optimisation (Summit) LTD, registered company number 11881895, with its registered office at Health Optimisation Summit, 23 High Street, Bagshot, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU19 5AF. Health Optimisation Summit reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Event at any time if it cannot be operated, conducted, or completed as planned due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of Health Optimisation Summit. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, governmental restrictions, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, venue unavailability, or other Force Majeure events.
4.2 In the event of cancellation, Health Optimisation Summit will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event to another date and/or location, determined solely at its discretion. Tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled Event. Refunds will not be provided if an attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date or location; however, tickets may be transferred to another person, subject to prior written approval from Health Optimisation Summit.
4.3 The Event includes Workshops, some of which are hosted directly by Health Optimisation Summit and others by third-party providers. These Workshops will take place within the venue and its designated outdoor spaces during the Event. Health Optimisation Summit is not responsible for the cancellation or modification of Workshops hosted by third parties, nor for any associated claims.
4.4 The Health Optimisation Summit reserves the right to make changes to the Event's program, including but not limited to the scheduled agenda, speaker lineup, exhibitor lineup,venue layout, or other aspects of the Event, without prior notice and without liability to attendees for dissatisfaction or inconvenience caused by such changes. While every effort will be made to deliver the advertised program, unforeseen circumstances may require substitutions, rescheduling, or modifications. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund, partial or otherwise.
5. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND

5.3 Any registration or participation attempt by individuals under the age of 18, without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as specified, is unauthorized, unlicensed, and constitutes a violation of the Event's Terms and Conditions. The Health Optimisation Summit reserves the right to deny participation or remove any attendee who fails to meet these eligibility requirements or breaches the Terms and Conditions.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS
6.1 Entry per ticket is limited to one (1) entry per person and any additional, subsequent entries will be void. Receipt of ticket purchase will be acknowledged at the end of the registration and payment process. There may be a number of tickets available on the door, which will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
6.2 The Entrant warrants that the information submitted in the online ticket registration form (and any other information supplied to Health Optimisation Summit or any other third party in relation to the Event) is provided truthfully and accurately. Incomplete or illegible entries, or those which are not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions, will be invalid and the Entrant will be denied entry into the Event. Health Optimisation Summit is not responsible for undelivered forms submitted or for any computer malfunction in connection with any entry and incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted and will only be able to access the event by purchasing tickets on the door, on a ‘first-come-first serve’ basis. No responsibility will be accepted for any lost, delayed or damaged entries or for actions or inactions by the Entrant (No expenses including without limitations travel and accommodation expenses incurred in connection with the Event will be paid by Health Optimisation Summit).
6.3 Participation in the Event is voluntary. If an attendee (Entrant) chooses not to attend or participate in the Event for any reason, no refund, partial or otherwise, or additional compensation will be provided.
6.4 All costs associated with participation in the Event, in particular travel to and from the Event location, shall be covered by the Entrant. Health Optimisation Summit is not responsible for any costs associated with participation.
7. TICKET PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 This agreement is between the ticket purchaser ("Main Entrant") and Health Optimisation Summit. By purchasing tickets, the Main Entrant confirms that they have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all ticket holders ("Additional Entrants") for whom they are purchasing tickets. The Main Entrant is responsible for ensuring that all Additional Entrants comply with these terms and conditions.
7.2 Health Optimisation Summit shall not be held liable for disputes arising between the Main Entrant and Additional Entrants regarding authority to accept these terms and conditions. Any such disputes are the sole responsibility of the Main Entrant and Additional Entrants involved.
7.3 Any disputes or claims related to the tickets must be initiated by the Main Entrant as the primary contact for the purchase. Additional Entrants may direct their concerns through the Main Entrant unless otherwise required by law.
8. HOW DO I REGISTER
8.1 Registration for the Event opens on June 18th 2024 and continues until the Event concludes or until all places have been filled, whichever occurs first. To register for the Event, Entrants must:

8.4 By registering for the Event, Entrants consent to the collection and processing of personal information provided during registration and participation in the Event. This may include information submitted via registration forms and data collected during the Event itself. Health Optimisation Summit will process personal information for the following purposes:

Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in such communications or contacting Health Optimisation Summit directly. 9. LICENSE TO USE COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND IDEAS
9.1 By attending the Event and providing comments, feedback, or ideas to Health Optimisation Summit, the Entrant grants Health Optimisation Summit a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display such submissions in any form or medium, for any purpose whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, developing, manufacturing, marketing, or improving products, services, or events.

10. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & INJURY NOTICE
10.1 Participation in or attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, personal or bodily injury (including death), and property loss or damage. These risks may arise from the Entrant’s own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, or the condition of the facilities. By participating in the Event, the Entrant voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation in the Event.
10.2 Health Optimisation Summit acts solely as the Event organizer and does not own, operate, or manage the venue facilities where the Event is held. As such, Health Optimisation Summit is not responsible or liable for claims, damages, or losses arising from the condition of the venue, the actions or omissions of venue staff, or any incidents resulting from the venue’s facilities or services. Any disputes or issues related to the venue should be directed to the venue operator.
10.3 Certain activities, including Workshops and Side-events, may be hosted by third parties ("Third-Party Hosts”) who are independent of the Health Optimisation Summit. The Entrant acknowledges that Health Optimisation Summit is not responsible or liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the actions, omissions, or negligence of such third parties, including the use of faulty equipment or unsafe practices. Third-Party Hosts and other third parties are solely responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of their activities or services.
10.4 The Entrant agrees to participate in a manner that is as safe as reasonably possible, adhering to all Event rules, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by Health Optimisation Summit and its representatives. Entrants must take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the Event without a refund and/or disqualification from future Health Optimisation Summit events.
10.5 The Entrant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by on-site personnel in the event of an emergency. Health Optimisation Summit assumes no responsibility for any medical costs or outcomes associated with such treatment.
11. ATTENDEE CONDUCT
11.1 The Entrant acknowledges that they have a duty to participate in the Event in a manner that prioritizes safety for themselves and others. This includes:

12. WHAT IF I GET INJURED?
12.1 By participating in the Event, the Entrant acknowledges and voluntarily accepts the inherent risks associated with the activities and facilities, which may include accidents, personal or bodily injury, and property damage. These risks may arise from the Entrant's own actions, the actions or inactions of others, or the condition of the venue. The Entrant assumes full responsibility for their participation.
12.2 Health Optimisation Summit and its representatives, affiliates, and third-party Workshop Hosts are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Entrant during the Event, except where such injuries or damages result directly from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Health Optimisation Summit or its representatives.
12.3 In the event of an injury or medical emergency, on-site personnel may provide or arrange for medical assistance. The Entrant consents to receive such assistance and acknowledges that Health Optimisation Summit is not liable for any medical costs, outcomes, or related expenses. Entrants are encouraged to have personal medical insurance coverage.
12.4 Any injuries or incidents occurring during the Event should be promptly reported to on-site personnel or the Event organizers to ensure appropriate action can be taken.
13. INSURANCE
13.1 Health Optimisation (Summit) LTD) does not provide the Entrant with any form of insurance, including but not limited to life, travel, medical, or liability insurance, for any illness, accident, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in or attendance at the Event and associated activities. If personal insurance is desired, the Entrant must obtain such coverage independently.
13.2 All expenses, including those related to insurance, travel, accommodation, medical care, and other incidentals, are the sole responsibility of the Entrant. Participation in all activities associated with the Event is voluntary, and if the Entrant elects not to take part in any designated activities, no additional compensation or refund will be provided.
13.3 The Entrant warrants that they are not aware of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health issues that would place them at risk through participation in the Event. If the Entrant has any such conditions, they must disclose them in writing to Health Optimisation Summit prior to participating. Health Optimisation Summit reserves the sole discretion to determine whether the Entrant may participate in the Event.
14. MEDIA CONSENT AND RELEASE
14.1 Health Optimisation Summit and its authorized parties may photograph or film the Event and associated activities for advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes. By attending or participating in the Event, the Entrant consents to and agrees that photographs, film, and video may be taken of them during the Event.
14.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Entrant irrevocably grants Health Optimisation Summit, its affiliates, and authorized third-party partners the perpetual, worldwide right to use their photograph, video, image, likeness, voice, or any other recorded media obtained during the Event in any format or medium. This includes, but is not limited to, television, the internet, social media platforms, magazines, product catalogs, brochures, point-of-purchase videos and displays, and other printed or digital materials.
14.3 Such media may be used for advertising, promotion, marketing, and sales of Health Optimisation Summit products, services, and future events, without any expectation of compensation or prior notification to the Entrant.
15. HEALTH OPTIMISATION SUMMIT’S RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
15.1 The Entrant acknowledges that Health Optimisation Summit reserves the right to deny entry to or remove the Entrant from the Event and its activities if the Entrant fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or disregards the directions of Health Optimisation Summit staff or representatives.
15.2 Refusal of entry or removal may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:
15.3 In the event that the Entrant is refused entry or removed from the Event due to non-compliance, no refund, compensation, or liability shall be owed to the Entrant.
16. CANCELLATION POLICY
16.1 Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual, subject to prior written approval by Health Optimisation Summit. Any request for transfer must be submitted at least 14 days before the Event start date.
16.2 In the event that Health Optimisation Summit cancels or reschedules the Event, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. Refunds will be provided if required by law or at the sole discretion of Health Optimisation Summit.
17. OTHER TERMS
17.1 By participating in the Event, the Entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and the decisions of Health Optimisation Summit, which shall be final. Any violation of these T&Cs may result in disqualification from the Event without refund. If the Entrant is unable to attend or participate, no refund will be provided. For safety and to maximize the Entrant’s experience, those without all prescribed items will not be permitted to participate. Participation in additional activities offered at the Event is optional and may incur additional costs.
17.2 If the operation, security, or administration of the Event is impaired for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, viruses, or other technical issues, Health Optimisation Summit may, at its sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate the Event to address the issue and resume the Event in a manner that aligns with these T&Cs.
Health Optimisation Summit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and ban any individual found to:
17.3 Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Event may violate criminal and civil law. Health Optimisation Summit reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Health Optimisation Summit to enforce any provision of these T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
17.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Entrant releases and holds harmless Health Optimisation Summit, its parent and affiliated entities, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties"), as well as any social media platforms used to promote the Event, from and against any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising out of participation in the Event or associated activities, including but not limited to:
17.5 To the extent permitted by applicable law, except for liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Released Parties:
17.6 The Entrant agrees not to publish or post on any website, social media platform, or other media associated with Health Optimisation Summit any material that is obscene, defamatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate. Health Optimisation Summit reserves the right to remove such content at its discretion and pursue legal action against any individual in breach of this clause.
18 DISPUTES
18.1 These T&Cs and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
18.2 The Entrant agrees that any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or the Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. The Entrant submits to the jurisdiction of these courts for any such action or proceeding.
18.3 If any provision or part of these T&Cs is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid, enforceable, and in full effect.
